So anyway, I'm back from my little study break.
Actually, I have been for a while, but I'm really just far too lazy to update my journal. This is why I don't keep a RL journal. I have nothing to say, damnit!

I turned 18 on December 19th, and in Australia, that means I'm LEGAL BABY.
I can drink, and on February 12th, I'll hopefully be able to drive. Though not in that order. =B

I'm going away tomorrow to the beach for a week, with family and some friends, so you won't hear from me for a while. x3 But I'm sure you're all used to that.

Anyway, I've been hanging around on Gaia since I've been back. I've got a commission thread there, so anyone else who's on gaia should check it out, and come and chat with me a little;

So. I'm not here anymore.
But I'll be back when school finishes.

I haven't updated my journal in a reaaallly long time, let alone even submitted some pieces of artwork, which is pretty depressing. So I thought I'd post a few lasting updates that should do until the next time I decide to actively take part in DA. xD;;

So I'm halfway through year 12 right now, which is absolutely blowing my brains out. There's so much work and stuff to remember. ;o; I'm not regretting doing IB, NOWAI. But at the end of this year, after all my exams ( xD;;; ), it'll all be over. But since I'm apparently some sort of masochist, I'm going back for more in the form of Uni. Aurgh.

So lately it's been school holidays. I lost a week of it going up to QLD to see my uncle, who's slowly dying of liver cancer. x3 Yeah, fun. If ever there was a time to be an advocate for euthanasia... The nurses say he's got a few more days left, but dad and I came back down to Melbourne a few days ago because seeing his brother and my uncle die is the last thing we really wanted to do. I've honestly never seen a person that sick before though. I'll spare the details, but it really brought home to me how fragile the body is, and how short life can be. My uncle's only 49 years old. ;o; I've sort of detached myself from the situation at the moment though in order to stop myself from going on a euthanasia-related rant. xD;;;

On a lighter note, I'm trying to draw a bit more, further my skills and whatnot. I've tried to colour recently and realised that colouring's just not working for me. I might look at a few tutorials, because I've never been good at it, and not being able to do it as well as I see other people do it just brings me down. >__> IT'SANNOYINGDAMNIT.

Cleaned up my account, too. There was some old scrappy stuff that I didn't really want around, so I put it in storage for as long as it takes for me to get nostalgic and wanna look over them again. ;D

So like... something majorly weird happened to my DA. There were a few deviations that I never put up, and some derogatory stuff, so I hope if anyone saw any of that, no one got offended. x3 Some of my Journal entries were also deleted. How frustrating.
